With ancient roots in the Christian tradition, Spiritual Direction isn’t counseling, coaching, or rigid advice-giving. Instead, it is a prayerful, grounded conversation designed to help you notice God’s presence and discern where He is inviting you forward.
As your director, I serve as a companion and deep listener for your spiritual journey. I offer a non-anxious presence and a non-judgmental ear—walking with you whether you feel close to God, or find yourself disillusioned, doubting, and questioning your faith altogether.

You desire to explore new paths in your faith journey. You seek to grow in new ways and learn some spiritual practices right for you that make your life a greenhouse for new life.

You are in a life transition - firmly suspended in mid-air. In between the life that was and an uncertain future. Maybe it's mid-life, a divorce, death of a loved one, a forced career change or relocation.

You need discernment about your path forward. Sometimes it's a matter of choosing what's good and what's better.

You are walking through a dark season of loss, grief, or a dry season where God feels absent.

You are facing the agony of doubt, feeling disenchanted about you faith, and disillusioned about God, others, or yourself.

You are navigating the painful, disorienting process of faith deconstruction. You don’t have to sit in the ruins alone. My role isn't to fix your faith, but to be a companion as you untangle your thoughts and grieve what has been lost.
For those interested, we can incorporate the Enneagram into our time together. While completely optional, it is a great tool for understanding your unique, God-given design, recognizing where you get stuck, and clearing away the noise so you can more clearly see where He is inviting you forward .
