This space grew out of my own journey from balance sheets to soul care. As a former CPA, I spent 30 years bringing clarity to chaos. In that world, everything had to balance and reconcile. I once expected my faith to work the same way, but I came to see that it doesn’t, and that I’m not alone. We all encounter things that don’t add up, cannot be reconciled, and simply cannot be fixed.
Black and white can feel safe and familiar, but life often leads us into the gray. The Space of Gray is rooted in Scripture and the core tenets of the Christian faith. Here, we can tend to the messy, the uncertain, and the mysterious while staying grounded.

Life and faith are rarely simple. The Space of Gray is a safe setting for when you’ve outgrown easy answers and need to navigate doubts or transitions. Together, we will discern where God is moving and how He is inviting you forward.
My passion for this work comes from my own story. I sought out spiritual direction when I felt deeply disenchanted and stuck. Working through my doubts with a director completely shifted my perspective, helping me encounter our unchanging God in a brand-new way. Leaning into the uncertainty ultimately led me to a more grounded faith, and opened the door to unexpected wonder.
